Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using AI Character Voice (the “Service”) at aicharactervoice.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

AI Character Voice is an AI text-to-speech tool that converts text you provide into spoken audio using a set of character voices. Output is delivered as MP3 audio. Features, voices and limits may change over time.

3. Accounts

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use the Service to create, upload or distribute content that:

  • is sexual, adult, pornographic or otherwise NSFW, or sexualizes minors in any way (CSAM is strictly prohibited and reported);
  • is hateful, harassing, defamatory, or incites violence or self-harm;
  • is illegal, infringes others’ intellectual property, or violates privacy;
  • impersonates a real person’s voice or identity without their consent, or is used for fraud, scams, misinformation or deceptive “deepfake” purposes;
  • attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape or abuse the Service or its rate limits.

We use automated and manual moderation and may block, remove content, or suspend accounts that violate this section, without refund.

5. Plans, credits & billing

The Free plan includes a one-time grant of characters. Paid plans (Pro, Studio) are recurring subscriptions billed monthly or annually through our payment processor, Creem. Each plan includes a monthly character allowance that resets at the start of each billing cycle; unused characters do not roll over. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

6. Your content & license

You retain ownership of the text you submit. Subject to these Terms and your active plan, audio you generate on a paid plan may be used for commercial purposes (a royalty-free commercial license). Free-plan output is for personal and evaluation use only. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the text and any use you make of the generated audio.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Character Voice is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
